Sasha had a knack for analytics, driving results, and exceeding sales goals.

 

She was ready to advance to the senior and executive leadership ranks but struggling to be seen as leadership material. 

Frustrated, she reached out for help.

Through our work together, I was able to unearth Sasha's unique and powerful value differentiation that she had been struggling to articulate and "own" as part of her emerging leadership capabilities and brand. 

Metrics alone, without the context and storytelling embedded into the narrative, was not enough to do the job here. 

 

We needed to demonstrate her ability to influence a new strategic direction and drive impact cross-functionally, across teams, and across the division. 

We needed to drive a clear message regarding her ability to transform underperforming sales teams and level-up talent quickly for outcomes. 

As a result of our work together, and with the help of an interview coach, Sasha was ready and pursued that promotion, got it, securing a 2X promotion in 1 year.
